Scam artist is probably too nice.

They sent out the original documents which I completed and returned however no official documents ever sent. I called and was hung up on.
I then opened a dispute with my card provider and they then sent an empty envelop to confirm tracking. Official documents never received.

Please use someone else and save yourself the money and the hassle

Exceptional customer service.
I initially looked into this years ago to correct my forename and was told I'd have to go though a lengthy process, put my personal details out on the Internet for everyone to see etc. However, I just stumbled across the Deed Poll Office and gave them a call, upon speaking to someone, I received the application form via email in 10 minutes. Upon completing this I received my deed poll in 3 working days with very detailed and specific instructions on how to execute this.

First time using this service. Name change easily done. Received an email with all the details on and there was something I questioned so I called up, had the loveliest woman that answered the phone to me! She was absolutely fab. Took the money over the phone a few days early for me which I was supper appreciated of. Had confirmation over email which made it official that it was happening and all had gone through. Now to wait for the final document through the post. As easy as that! (Just don’t select Google Auto Fill like I did on the form, it fills out boxes you don’t need to be filled and you get charged but not their fault and she changed it for me!) thank you!

Deed polls are free and easy to do yourself. You don't need to pay a service. Once you've printed your forms and had them witnessed, you can use them to get your new driver's license and passport.
