Your staff are so rude, my friend is currently in debt and she’s been referred to you from housing hands, she can’t pay it so she’s trying to negotiate a payment plan and the lady is rude refusing completely and not caring she has no money.

I used TALF for conveyancing. My experience started poorly after a member of staff leaving resulted in a lack of communication. However once this issue was resolved the new person I worked with Leanne worked very hard to resolve issues - being proactive in dealing with the buyer’s solicitor and and Land Registry.
