We had a really tricky purchase, which had lots of issues and Gail was with us every step of way. Really bad service. They came recommended from Wilson Defraine Estate Agents. When we actually went to see the mortgage advisor from Halifax they explained Kingswalk weren't on their list of accepted solicitors so we had to go through a third party solicitor which just caused more chaos. Gail would be rude and almost threatening occasionally since she said if I didn't get paperwork to her we would lose the house. By the end of it all I couldn't wait to see the back of them. Took 8 months to close.

I chose them due to a ‘competitive’ price - a mistake. Pay cheap, pay twice. My sale fell through eventually and I didn’t even get a reply from them when I told them this. I went with a different solicitor for my eventual successful property purchase, and although I paid more, the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication was night and day.
