Not a great start that I had. Unfortunately one Lawyer I was assigned, left the company, but I didn't know, just that my emails were rebounding. And it took nearly 3 weeks before I found out though calling.

It did seem like I felt like I was a slight inconvenience, and the first lawyer ( that left ) did not quite give me.the black and white facts.

It was Jeff Kong that in the end made my experience better, so I thank him.
But over all, it left me more stressed and disappointed.

In the end, I did sort my matter my self to a satisfactory end.

Avoid at all cost, they rack up cost and duplicate items on the invoices… they don’t know what invoices you have paid and what you owe…. no attention to detail, terrible transparency and i can’t believe anyone who leaves a good review … they must be paid reviews

Ex partner after many years wanted her share of property...I was recommended hunters through family,Initially meetings went well,were quick and to the point.After a lot of back and forth from both party solicitors,meant it took well over a year to get anywhere,building a hefty bill in the meantime.all emails sent and read were charged,£29 a pop,even phone calls to set up appointments were charged.after about 13/14 months ex stopped using her solicitor,leaving me in limbo.having already spent well over £3500,there was a further offer of 500/600 to try to resolve case from hunters,however there was no guarantee Ex would cooperate.so I decided to end the case there.
During this case i felt some of the correspondence back and forth was just to rack up the payments,i was being charged through the nose for face to face meetings when a phone call could have resolved questions cheaper,this Initially I was not told by hunters !!!
Having never used a solicitors before I was really disappointed and out of pocket to the tune of £4000+ with hunters.
Unfortunately i would not recommend.
