To be able to contact an expert, who is up to date with all the latest labour legislation, whenever we need to, has saved us stress and money. Not only will they give you advice on how best to deal with tricky situations, they will also help you will all the policies etc. which you need.
The yearly fee, is affordable and well worth it. I really recommend Kingfisher to any company that would like to be on top of all things HR.
