Scott Kruger is an amazing attorney who is compassionate and genuinely cares about his clients. He guided our family through a serious injury my daughter sustained while at gymnastics camp and was able to negotiate a settlement that was in her best interest. Unfortunately, the camp was not supervising the kids when my daughter sustained her injury and then failed to provide adequate medical aide at the time of the injury, nor did anyone inform me that my daughter sustained an injury. My daughter told me what happened. In my case, the gymnastics studio was negligent in their care and response to the situation. I highly recommend Mr. Kruger. I can’t stress enough how informative, kind, and thoughtful he was during this very scary time for our family.

if you are getting work comp you need a lawyer, seriously. the insurance company, it's representatives, and their independent medical examiners, are literally some of the grossest, most deceptive, manipulative, unethical (which isn't illegal), groups of people I've had the misfortune to come across. the ones that are meant to direct your healing and take care of you are exactly the ones you need to look out for the most. if I didn't have heimerl & lammers to take the lead for me, I'd literally be out of house and home, with a broken body... totally screwed. I appreciate Ingrid and Marci and their efforts to explain things and anticipate incoming nonsense from "the dark side..." even when I was in a lot of pain and twitting out, they were never short or dismissive with me, and I'm incredibly thankful for their treatment in one of the worst times of my life. thank you

As long as I’m concerned, this is The best injury law firm in America, Does one special thing about them even if you don’t know how to speak English, they will take their time to explain to you over and over again to make sure that you understand the process, which was one of my major problems.

You can’t fight the big man on your own. Marci and Ingrid help me stick up for myself, it wasn’t about financial gain, but the principle. Simple, when you give 100%, and you get hurt on their clock because they now need you at 200%, the decent thing to do is pay your medical bill.
Honestly, in my opinion this law firm deserves a higher percentage? thanks a million!
