These were recommended but then had bad reviews. I spoke to Nick who assured me he had sorted the issue of getting more work than they can cope with. So I took a risk on him. Big mistake. It’s now May 2024 and I’m no further forward because he didn’t send enough copies to the court (basic he should have none that) and he didn’t put my name and address on the form. Also a very basic error. My recommendation is DO NOT USE. Nick is now away from the office for about a month ffs

I’ve had to file at the small claims court for this scam company… they take your money and then ignore your calls and emails. They supposedly filed to the court back in February and I was told it was a 12 week process… now 29 weeks later I can’t get hold of them or get any response. I’ve filed for a refund of the £1,290 they have scammed me out of and the tenant is still in the house. I am doubtful that any papers have been filed with the courts at all…. Listen to the reviews on here… there’s others that this has happened to!! Beware!!

Update: after admitting the papers haven’t been filed with the court (despite them supposedly chasing for a hearing date) they have had no choice but to issue me with a full refund after they received the court letter… funny how they manage to respond to those emails isn’t it!!

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately came recommended . Never calls back, does not answer emails, Nick Gordon hides behind excuses and 9 months on I have no idea if he has even lodged our papers and all the while my tenant is still in place and still refusing to pay rent.

Lets play a game.
5/9/23
I rang yesterday and was promised a call back twice, no one rang me back
6/9/23
I have rung 3 times today and guess what still - no one has called me back despite being told Nick was in all afternoon so would call me and tell me why it was taking so long.
I asked to speak to someone else but they are apparently unable to help me as there are no notes or paperwork on file.... and no one can even confirm that papers were ever lodged .
I asked that the receptionist went to speak to him directly to ask him to take my calls , to be told they work remotely ..........
7/9/23 - received a call from Nick early in the morning saying he was on his way to a meeting but would ring me later. Guess what, he did not..........
8/9/23 - chased and finally spoke to Nick who was still busy and would I remind him of the case................. He would look into it and call me without fail this afternoon........ No call back

20/10 - still chasing this man for answers

This company is an absolute joke.

Terrible experience with this company so far.
A complete lack of organisation. I’ve had to chase up them on multiple occasions to get the next stage completed.
They lost a month due to not submitting the paperwork to the courts until I asked to see it. Then, they stalled for 3 days. They sent me the court docs and didn’t mention anything…turns out they only dated it when I had chased about it and didn’t admit to their mistake.

They also made a mistake on the court docs. We still have not heard from the courts so maybe they still haven’t submitted the docs.

I can’t tell if they’re a legitimate company or not!

Do not use.

Nick was genuinely a great recommendation from the beginning. He is a very knowledgeable guy and supported me with evicting my tenants with best and worst case scenarios. I was lucky and got rid of the tenant however I have full faith Nick would have supported if they didn't leave. Highly recommended!!

I instructed Nick Gordon to evict a tenant who was £12,500 in arrears (5 months rent).

He has been Proffessional, Knowledgeable, Competent & an Excellent Communicator through the process from start to finish.

The tenant has gone and the debt repaid, can’t ask for more than that !

I suggest you don’t go anywhere else !

Good Luck,

David

My Tenant in question has been very troublesome and because of this it has taken almost a year to finally evict him. Nick from evict my Tenant has been very supportive all the way through this long process with the court and actual bailiff eviction that has taken place today. I appreciate that Evict my Tenant ltd is there to help home owners, like myself. I now have my life back, Thanks to Nick. Peter Turner
