Bittersweet review.

I got 2 parking fines on the same day that went to an old address resulting in legal action by ELMS in the background without my knowledge. 2 CCJ's were then issued which is super distressing and personal life damaging.

Bottom line is it's my fault for not changing the address on my V5 document. A complete oversight.

However, once the debt had been passed to a third party agency they were able to track me down at my new address and I was able to get to grips with it.

Super expensive, stressful, and downright horrible.

My thoughts are that if a third party agency could find me, why could ELMS not have done the same thing as I immediately paid any monies owed as soon as I was made aware of the issue.

The reason I've put 5 stars down is that Phoebe Robbins, from ELMS, picked up my case when I was made aware of it, and helped me through filing N244 forms to get the judgements set aside. Which has now happened.

Conclusion: make sure you change every single, possible piece of change of address! Don't leave any stone unturned!

Rang ELMS about a CCJ against my brother. Angie was absolutely fantastic and so reassuring and helpful. She was able to explain how it happened and, although we are very unhappy, we had to accept it. This company is shocking, they haven't a clue about the law, we asked for an evidence pack and never received, 6 months on my daughter has received a letter saying she has a CCJ, if she pays it off within 10 months they will remove the CCJ. they are really a scamming company and a disgrace to supposed Law they say they are.

My granddaughter received a parking summons from Excel Parking (terrible company) I Rang and spoke to Emily she was extremely helpful even after several calls to her she explained all the details in detail so we could understand

Zero notice about parking fine until it was passed on to a debt collection agency, who some how managed to send a letter to my address.

Had a toerrible situation with a fine I knew nothing about. Being someone that prides themselves on always being efficient and correct I was devastated to find this. After speaking to Joe he helped me calm down and see the positive in what certainly could have been a lot worse. Can’t speak for everyone else but he is an asset to the company.

Absolutely disgusted..put my credit file into ccj..all from a 100£ fine from private csr psrking company at Bristol airport pulled up for 16 seconds yes 16 seconds engine on not parked bang 100£ fine.appealed 4 times Absolutely disgusting these company's need pulling up ..had to pay 277£ to get ccj taken off ..
