I would like to put zero stars but it makes you pick atleast one. 4 phone calls & a visit & being told yes we can help u. No we can’t. Yes we can. Another yes we can & then no we can’t so which is it? Total waste of time! Bet if I wasn’t white & didn’t speak English I’d get help straight away!

Disappointed with the way I was treated and the advise was very poor. It seems that the adviser was perfectly ok with a women being discriminated against in the work place for having had a child. Also gave the impression that I should not be leaving my child with a nursery and going out to work.

Open for three hours a week

And spent over an hour trying to call. Only to have the line disconnected every 10 mins...just to try again
