From very start to the end, absolutely impeccable service from Victoria Dickson. As a first time buyer I didn't really know what to expect....once contacting Glanvilles, Mark and his team particularly Charlotte and Victoria were extremely prompt at getting back to us.
A phone call with Mark and then emails back and forth when needed were unexpectedly quick. Having heard such horror stories people have had with their homebuying process, I was anxious....it felt to easy to be right... but it was just perfect. We had big delays with the developer, Glanvilles was their to bounce questions off and waited patiently for the process to play out as it now has.
For completion Michelle and her team took the lead and again astonishingly quick and easy. Replies were always super prompt from Charlotte, Mark and Michelle.
Couldn't have asked for more efficient legal and really glad I took advise from family and went with a solicitor independent of the developer. Definitely working for us not them, we googled and pick Glanvilles based on good ratings and reviews and I can only add to the praise and gratitude to the whole team. Mark and Charlotte have been incredible from day 1 of us instructing them to begin our conveyancing process to the final point of exchange and we cannot fault them! The updating of our wills was handled quickly and efficiently by Jenna. I would happily recommend Glanvilles in light of my experience. The reason for 4 stars is that I felt the £400 plus VAT fixed cost per will was a little excessive.

We received an exemplary and efficient service from Glanvilles Legal Services during our recent house move. From the swift response to our initial enquiry, to providing a full breakdown of costs and then no pressure to instruct them as our conveyancers Mark Watson and Charlotte Toone were fantastic. Due to our work commitments we werent always able to contact Mark and Charlotte by telephone so had to use email. Email response was always very swift. Mark and Charlotte were very supportive when we had problems with the beginning of our house chain and their calm and informative advice was very welcome. The the day of our house move, again, there were problems with the beginning of our chain and Glanvilles kept us fully informed and Michelle Young, the Completions Manager, processed our side of the chain super quick and was so kind with her words of advice and support. There is no doubt that moving house is a stressful experience but having Glanvilles as our conveyancers certainly made the legal side of things go smoothly and their support was very much appreciated. We highly recommend Glanvilles and will always use them in the future. Thank you again Glanvilles!
