It was my first time dealing with solicitors, I found Marie very kind, patient, supportive and professional. She advised and encouraged me every step of the way throughout the whole process successfully (This issue was very new to me). I was tearing my hair out as I had a deadline to meet and Marie was on holiday until past the deadline date. She even dealt with my enquires whilst she was on holiday. How amazing was that. Marie's dedication and professionalism really helped my wife and I through a lengthy and difficult Court of Protection case. I recently reissued my Will under the expert guidance of Marie at M2M. I found her friendly and warm approach made the whole experience very pleasant. Marie went into more detail than I had anticipated and gave me more to consider about the content of my Will than had ever been the case before. I signed my new Will feeling very confident that possible scenarios had been well anticipated and that my Executor will find it straight forward to execute my wishes when the time comes. It was not a rushed process, plenty of time given to ask questions and to consider options but it was, nevertheless, completed within two weeks from beginning to end. I can highly recommend M2M when writing a Will and I am very grateful to Marie for her help.

My father and I had the pleasure of dealing with Marie Quinn to arrange my dad's Will.
My dad's not the best communicator and is shy but Marie's down to earth manner, patience and kindness towards him made his experience dealing with a solicitor possible (something he was dreading).
Marie was so patient, explaining all dad needed to know in detail, and because he's elderly she didn't mind reiterating information when needed (which was regularly) honestly, nothing was too much trouble! She also highlighted information that dad needed to include in his Will that we hadn't even thought of (she's an encyclopedia of information)!
I really can't thank Marie enough for all her excellent advice and help. In fact, I was so impressed with the way she dealt with dad's Will that I instructed her to do my Will too, so we're actually both sorted now!

Highly recommended. Marie helped me write my will and could not be more professional or helpful. No stone was left unturned to ensure that there would be no contest made to the legal document and it was all carried out under the terms of the covid restrictions. She even took me through the zoom meeting set up to ensure that all went well. Marie was friendly and we enjoyed the meetings even though they were of a serious nature and I felt confident and happy with this procedure. There is a reason why self made wills and this service differ in price. I am far happier now and would urge anyone to make use of this company.

M2M Community Solicitors first crossed my radar during lockdown when I attended a couple of their excellent, and free, webinars on topics such as probate and will writing. Marie and Miriam explained matters in plain English, using everyday examples, and gave ample opportunity for questions.
Before I knew it, I found myself in need of a solicitor to wrap up my mum’s probate and Miriam was brilliant; very patient and sympathetic and always willing to answer questions.
