I had put off making a will and setting up Lasting Power of Attorneys for many years as the LPAs seemed particularly fiddly to sort out. I got in touch with The Probate and Will Service and Louise asked for all the required details (far fewer that I had expected) and she sorted everything out very efficiently. Never having been down this road before, after the death of my mother I had to go through the process of winding up her estate, which involved getting through the probate process. I had a quote of £10,000 from a local firm which staggered us. I searched around in the area my mother had been living and came across the Probate and Wills Service who quoted me me a fixed fee which was substantially lower. Delightful people and very efficient.
