We've been putting off making our wills for quite a while. I have no idea why as doing it through APT was really simple. Carrie explained everything very clearly to us, making sure we understood it all. We then dealt with Lindsey and Jodie to finalise the details and arrange the will signing. Everyone that we spoke to was extremely professional and helpful.

APT Legal is run by Carrie Boughtwood, who is a legal beagle. Carrie guided us through the processes of making our wills, appointing trustees, executors, and completing Lasting Powers of Attorney. All these are serious and profound matter, Carrie guided us through the process with a depth of professional knowledge, tempered with humour, empathy. The outcome we wanted was to ensure that our family and executors will find it clear, simple and straightforward to sort our estate and wishes out when we're gone. I required certified copies of an LPA to send to the DWP. I rang up and spoke to Lindsey who said if I pop down within the hour, Carrie would be able to do this for me.
I met Lindsey who was very friendly and helpful and took the documents up to Carrie and about 10 minutes later they were ready.
