Struggled to get through on the phone as I imagine it’s an extremely busy service. Having decided I would try another day, they rang me back which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Got a referred to someone else who spoke to me the next day and was extremely helpful and friendly with advice. Would highly recommend.

I contacted NEC for a family matter. Their free support line was busy and I left a voice mail. Then a member of the staff , Ruth, called me and heard me in detail about my matter. She contacted me again after 2 days with the advice and again helped me in the best possible way. If their free service is so professional than one can imagine how good their paid services would be. They are doing a great job for people who can’t afford legal represntation. I would strongly reccommend NEC for any of your legal problems especially their family law expertise are next level.
