We decided to accelerate our move to the UK from Kenya and started reviewing what we thought would be a straightforward application process for my wife to receive a Spouse Visa. We had an initial consultation with Mr Latif, and it quickly became apparent that there are Home Office intricacies that we were not initially aware of and due to my work circumstances did not fully align. This was very stressful as we had lived together in Kenya for over 10 years and at this point believed we may have to delay our application and be separated for a year at least to reach compliance.
