-- : The pressure and stress Ali put on to chase every payment in advance was ridiculous and much more than the stress from the opponent side. When my opponent raised a fake claim and I emailed evidence over about it, the reply I got from Ali was "We haven't reviewed your email, as we are not in funds." At that time I was thousand miles away out of the UK and had very limited access to the internet and they still held part of my debt payment in their account which was 10 times of the amount Ali asked for and should have transferred to me one month ago.
Also although they ask for payment upfront, they are not in hurry to send your money back to you.

We were charged an Exorbitant fee of £1800 for 20 minutes call with Mr Ali Akram AND Chris Snell. Halfway through the consultation meeting, off-tangents questions and statements made by both so-called experts made it quite apparent that both have turned up for the consultation meeting without even a glance of legal documents provided prior to the meeting. When you charge an exorbitant fee of £1800 clients have the right to know you have at least bothered to read the documents being discussed.

To cover up for gross misconduct of turning up for the meeting without bothering to read the provided legal case, Mr Ali Akram can be heard in the recording "I did not have a chance to look at it. I am trying to download and look at it now" with both so called experts confirming that they failed to even have a glance of legal document provided prior to the review for which they charged £1800.

Professional honesty would have required that once the serious oversight has become apparent that both Chris and Ali Akram has turned up the meeting without even bothering to read the legal documents provided prior to consultation, to interrupt the meeting at that point to ensure critical case documents are thoroughly reviewed.

However, that was not the case. Chris Snell remained muted for most of the call for an obvious reason he has never read the case documents he has charged to review. And Mr Ali Akram engaged in a dishonest conduct by trying to cover up the oversight by demonstrating that he was on the fly downloading during the short call. Public has every right to know the facts so that they could avoid such scams.

Mr Ali Akram cheated us of £2000 in a 20 minutes scam call. He convinced us that there is a litigation case, arranged an hour meeting for which he charged £2000. In the meeting he came completely unprepared having never heard the documents and told us there is no case.

However, Mr Ali. Rest assured there is a pending complaint and we will keep reminding and chasing you till you return the looted money like a decent boy.
