A friendly, professional and approachable team. All the things that my previous Newcastle Dealer Service Department was not! It makes a big difference to what I view as not a particularly engaging experience. When I’ve got an emergency, they go out of their way to see me the same day, not 3 weeks on Tuesday. The work they have done for me is explained, I’m not just pushed out the door after I pay. As for the bill, it’s at least a quarter of the advertised price of the Dealer Garage – unless I take out some convoluted service plan – when it’s still a great deal less, even just a smile when they check everything is ok when you stupidly run over a large plastic container on the A1 thinking it’s a paper bag! Many thanks guys ?

Visited with a heating problem on my father in laws car. They were busy for 2 weeks but still found time to check coolant levels which were found to be zero. They kindly topped it up and suggested the car was still under warranty. When I got home all had leaked so I was able to get the car recovered and have a new radiator fitted under warranty. Thank you guys for helping so much as ever!
