Absolutely useless company. We waiting 5 months for our purchase to go through and they were very difficult throughout the whole process.
I was in contact with the seller directly and received emails from the seller which showed responses from this solicitors. They wasted a month waiting for paper copies despite email attachments not being sent. They replied to the other sides solicitor saying they do not accept email attachments. It does not take much to print an email attachment off. They then did not advise me what replies were received either. You best off using a different solicitor as this firm is stuck in the stone age
