Flicking through law firms in London I stumbled across my old lawyers H and L and saw someone call them parasites and stupid. That was exactly my experience. When I think back to the most stressful time of my life, the main thing I pull from it was how thick the team at H and L were as they plundered 100k from the case. It was wanton. They didn’t seem to care as long as their hand was in our wallet extracting cash. I had to fire them and hire another lawyer, who finally sorted things out. That was a long time ago, but I am interested to see that they maintain the same applaingly low standards. My best legal advice - avoid them at all costs.

I would highly recommend H&L for anyone seeking robust legal advice with a tailored strategy for any employment matters. I had the pleasure to deal with Howard Hymanson who has shown, not only empathy towards my situation but a very clear intention of securing the best possible outcome for me. Howard exceeded my expectations with his technical expertise and knowledge and I had every confidence he knew what he was doing every step of the way. If there was a 6th star I would have added it!

1 star is far too generous. Money-grabbing parasites - incompetent, uneducated, patronising employees. £4500 to print paperwork from a saved Word draft (on nice paper); VAT charged twice for the same period. Please check every invoice meticulously as there will be errors; and no acceptance or apologies. A hideous company to deal with, avoid at all costs if you're afforded that opportunity.
