I was very impressed, David Kitcat is a sole practitioner and is very personable and professional. Our family instructed David to deal with a number of issues in relation to our mother who is elderly and wanted to get her affairs in order, such as her Will and LPAs. David was very patient, explaining everything clearly and comprehensively. He dealt with our instructions most efficiently, completing and drafting all the necessary documentation and lodging the relevant paperwork with the court. We met David Kitcat to update our will - he explained everything very clearly without using unnecessary legal language and the work was completed quickly and efficiently.
