We used Richard and his team to help us sell our house and also buy a flat. The service was excellent. When our first buyer pulled out because he could not find the money the firm acted extremely quickly to help a second buyer complete in record time.The report on the flat we bought was extremely comprehensive. So heartening to find a firm that simply gets what we needed - being available, attentive, engaged competent, swift and a pleasure to work with. Even though the subject matter of what we needed help with was difficult, Cunningham Eve made it easy for us to do in a timely and cost effective way. We nice people, had to get a attestation for my document ,called Cunningham and eves solicitor responded right way , meet them in the office waited just for 5mins all done and most importantly they didn't charge for the document. The whole team at Cunningham Eves have been incredible from start to finish. Richard and Diana thank you for your help and everyone who answered the phone has always been so polite but also incredibly helpful, but special thanks goes to Adi who has gone above and beyond from start to finish with helping us to move home.
