Ok, just called this place for some advice. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. However, when the solicitor phoned me back, he started off pleasant, and ended up telling me to go elsewhere and cut me off. If this is how you treat a prospective client, then there is no hope. Honestly, if you're thinking about getting a solicitor, do your research first before coming here. I telephoned back immediately and he answered the phone. I said I'm fine with him not wanting to help me, but there is no need to put the phone down on me. I told him it was unprofessional to behave that way. He said he didn't put the phone down (yes he did) and gave a half arsed apology if I'd taken it that way. I think we all know how it feels when someone does that. Professional? No. This guy is anything but. I've never felt so humiliated. Being a solicitor does not give you the right to treat people like dirt. Especially when you've already been stitched up, which is why you phone them in the first place. The 1 star is because I cannot leave zero stars, which is what he deserves.
This is a follow up from his response. Oh dear me. He never mentioned in his reply, that he phoned me on the following Sunday, on my time. He offered to pay me for my time. He failed to mention his grovelling excuse for putting the phone down on me. He clearly said "I can't help you " and put the phone down. No explanation.
He phoned me back as he'd read my truthful review and tried his best to wriggle out of it. Stating his ill health problems and that his GP was on the other line blah, blah , blah. So, no signal issues pal. Just own your bad behaviour.
I can accept the truth. All you ever needed to do, was explain in a professional manner that you were not equipped to deal with my complaint. Solicitors get clients off with murder, yet this one can't navigate a pension claim. If your case isn't straightfoward, he's not interested. For anyone questioning my version against his, I might just upload the screenshot of his 7 minute call. If you reply to this follow up, then I will do. The arrogance of this man is unbelievable. You should have just not replied to this review and owned your behaviour rather than make excuses. Finally Why on earth would I ever phone you back?

I would highly recommend Pension Justice. The help and advise along with reclaiming my pension I will be forever thankfull.
Paul Higgins first contacted me more than 2 years ago. I was very sceptical as what was niece a large pot had dwindled to half its value over 10 Years. Each year The SIPP was sending me statements that another £1000 has been paid in fees. After a meeting with Paul I agreed with him, I should have acted sooner to limit the losses. Although there is a fee, I believe in paying for a service. Paul, Alison and the team have always been professional and kept me up to date with my case and have now closed my case and sent me my funds. They have now let me know that clause 27 is on going and are still tirelessly working with the courts to further claim back lost revenue from my pension pot.
Do not wait as pensions are being miss sold every day and are dwindling in SIPPs.

Mis Sold Pension
