I was not represented by this company they were representing my housing association landlord. Never returned calls never available, started one woman solicitor never contactable, then switched to next woman, then close case after accepting offer I didn't want, let landlord take £1,620 out of £2,500 didn't know why he took it, compensation landlord offered they took their fee I left with £600 + I never signed no agreement and if there's a signature on anything it's not mine. When complained some smart mouth plum in guns man tells me I got wrong Matrix solicitors. Do yourself a favour stay far from this den of?! Housing disrepair claim they ain't interested it's beneath them. Plus my landlord have website sideline and matrix solicitors website so upscale now.
This is 3yrs on how u let my landlord get away with after your so called caring for your clients it's worse than ever and they totally ignored surveyor report and I got u thank for that cos u never represented me and I pay for you back stab me. Old school tie network etc!!!!!! .
