I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Gavin Edmonson. During my consultation with Gavin, he was not only late but unprofessional from the start. He greeted me with the term "treacle," which was both demeaning and inappropriate in a professional setting. When I expressed my discomfort with this, he accused me of lying, which was offensive and shocking.

Throughout the conversation, Gavin constantly interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain my situation. Despite my best efforts, he cut me off mid-sentence to tell me he couldn’t help and belittled me by implying I had acted foolishly. This was incredibly hurtful, particularly given that I have already spoken to another defamation solicitor who informed me of my legal options.

I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking professional and empathetic legal advice. My experience was deeply upsetting and has had lasting emotional consequences.
