I was very well assisted throughout my case. Basically almost all the exchange of information was done by email and whenever I needed to contact MJW they were always prompt to respond. So, in general, I had a great experience with them. It is worth mentioning that it was through a friend of mine, who also had a great experience with the firm, that I found out about MJW. Very poor communication. First solicitor handling my situation went on maternity leave without updating me or transferring my files. Second solicitor was pretty much a ghost. I had to chase 4 times at least, via email and phone calls. Left in the dark about my case multiple times unless I contacted them - (If I was lucky to get through). 6 weeks is a long time to reply to an email. Not impressed, and I'm not one to leave negative reviews.

Myself and my partner along with several other people became ill whilst on holiday in Italy last year due to the hotels lack of hygiene.
