I’ve just rang them up for help in being witness for the signing of a word document sent by another firm of solicitors at a distance and was politely brushed off, saying they don’t deal with conveyance matters and they wouldn’t get involved anyway unless they were doing the conveyance.

Hmm really?

Then when I asked if they knew of a local service in Warrington that might offer to witness me signing the document as they were knowledgeable about the area, I was told to look online as they weren’t allowed to recommend anyone.

I have done this review to illustrate and as a marker when looking at reviews of who to avoid in Warrington.

Probably did me a favour by brushing me off, so 2 stars for that.
