An very professional team with good results.
I had a level 2 home buyer survey conducted by this company. I have already recommended them to other people who are in the processes of purchasing houses.

I received a very thorough report from Victoria and then a follow up call to discuss it.
The only negative is it took a around 2-3 weeks for the survey to be completed, but sadly this is to he expected of a company in demand.

I would very much recommend using them before exchanging contracts to ensure you aren't buying a nightmare.

Excellent advice and communication throughout.

Discussion about the most appropriate survey in advance, verbal feedback of key points on the day of the survey, followed by a very detailed report after, giving advice of what to watch out for in the future.
