This office has to be the worst advice centre in the East Midlands, they never answer their phone, they speak behind clients backs while they are present, and there knowledge is quite limited they must recruit staff from the local retirement home.

Rubish,impossible to get any form of contsct .Office is always closed and freephone does not work always a not in use tone.
Struggle on ,nobody cares.

Sadly lack competence on DSS matters and offering other areas of support , best go Sleaford C.A.B they are more helpful and professional in their advice and support .
