Honestly, very prideful unprofessional people. Firstly, my agents sent my memorandum 3weeks ago but everytime I would call them to get a status they always said they didn't receive it. I called again yesterday to check the progress and th y said my name wasn't even on the system. Again the agents sent it again yesterday with myself cc'ed. They sent me a quote charging me over twice the expected amount and when I asked them why, they didn't apologise, just sent a new quote asking me to make a payment. When I called out how unprofessional it was, they then emailed me saying I should find a new solicitor. Use them at your own risk. They have enough clients so they don't really care I guess. So appalling

Lowcomm Solicitors was recommended to us by Andrews Estate Agent and we are very happy with the service we received. We managed to exchange within 11 days from accepting our offer when we had to switch the house we were buying in order to avoid chain collapse.

AVOID! VERY SLOW! HORRENDOUS COMMUNICATION! Worse conveyancers. In 6months they only completed 37% of the work. Horrendous communication with myself and the vendors solicitor. I had to chase him to get work done. Sadly it went over the 6months and our mortgage offer ended. Our solicitor was Pavan Roath who seemed incapable of doing this work. It lost thousand and did not get a refund. Better to pay more and get a proper service. Please AVOID.

I do not recommend choosing this company when buying your property! I had Lorraine,who did not explain the process step by step,in a manner that a first time buyer would be able to understand.After 7 months since starting the buying process,she still didn't have the last documents ready for me.Only when my mortgage advisor sent an email to her boss,asking what is the situation with my property,she sent those documents in a matter of hours!
2 months and a half after completion date and she still hasn't sent a request to the 2 companies who deal with the service charge and ground rent for my property.When asked about this,she blamed it on those 2 companies! I called them and they BOTH said they still haven't received a request from my solicitor!
Very unhappy with how she dealt with the whole process and I do not recommend! Especially,if you are a first time buyer!

I bought a property from an Auction house and time was very limited to exchange and complete. I had Ellen as my conveyancer and she really pulled it out the bag and we completed 8 weeks after the offer was accepted. I had some fears along the way but thank goodness it all worked out and Ellen really worked hard to make sure I completed as early as possible. Much appreciated.

Vaishnavi at Lawcomm handled our case, which was quite a challenging one with a couple of buyers pulling out and and mortgage offer deadline to work to. I really had an excellent experience with Lawcomm Solicitors when purchasing my first property.

You hear so many horror stories of this buying process, and certain solicitors not responding/being unhelpful but I can honestly say Lawcomm were the opposite.

They responded to any question I had about the buying process, sometimes on weekends.

Really couldn’t recommend enough. It was such a seamless process with no hiccups along the way.
