The worst accountancy experience we've had. Originally their R&D was great, which meant we decided to move to their accounting services. This has been the worst experience of our lives. We've had warnings on Companies house due to their incompetence, we're now more behind on our year-end accounts than ever before, and normally we would've completed these and made R&D claims with money in by now. But neither the accounts nor the R&D is done.

Be warned - don't use this firm. It's gone massively downhill. It's founders have left. Everyone is constantly on holiday. No-one answers emails, including urgent ones.

In my career I've worked with 4 accountants and the other 3 have been blameless and delivered brilliant service. This has been terrifyingly bad. We're suing for negligence.
