Poor. No response after over two months, other than an email after a chaser stating they did not have my claim. The firm suggested I had claimed via a competitor, which I had not. Still no response when I forwarded the original details. Appears to lack basic administrative competence.

Had high hopes for this service after reading the reviews but unfortunately I was really disappointed. Paul does not respond to emails, even when chased multiple times over many months. It's now been a year since we tried to claim and 6 months since I last heard from Paul, despite chasing him 4 times in this period. Appreciate it's a busy and hard job right now but would not recommend.
