The way they come across is thumb in the air quotes and everything including simple tasks take one hour, I'm assuming it's so they can bill you for a full hour for reformatting something we've already sent them? Reception team don't listen so you need to repeat yourself 3 times. Lead solicitor can't even be bothered to make a call and leave it to their assistants. Will be looking elsewhere for representation

I'm very happy I contacted Ridley Hall. They were the only real firm I spoke to who listened to me and understood my point of view without giving vague inappropriate judgements or shooting me down right at the start. They were open and honest with me.
I was already aware my chances of success are small but the process I am going through is more for piece of mind. They were the only firm who understood this. Im only in the initial stages of my dealing with them but even at this stage, I'm very pleased I contacted them. 5 stars from me for the initial handling of my case.
