I have finally have had the chance to write a review towards this legal firm from my experience I sought.
There had been an ongoing legal case which was at almost 1 directions heaing to a final court hearing. Having myself instructed this firm while I had instructed direct access and spent 4K, I thought the right decision to instruct this firm and having managed the case properly with them, was I ever so wrong.
1 - Provided all court bundles, I get from Partner Solicitor repeating to me same questions which answers had been provided.
2 - Having instructed the Partner solicitor in question to manage my case, and failed to state or highlight how their partner firm functions with having to hire 1 solicitor, this does mean little, as you hire the entire department to touch your case, meaning you will pay all of their staff money.
3 - This should had been point 1, but also to say, if you don´t put your foot down, they will charge you to send you the invoice to your email. How shocking is that, this however was removed since is their administration.
4 - To get a response to your questions, you have to chase the solicitor who is the head of the department, and squeeze to get a response, you wait for 2 weeks, and then cycle repeats, having then excuses for delay. Unprofessional.
5 - Last, I raised the complaint button, only to get "compensation" will be provided for hours carried by colleagues, nevertheless, removing charges from one, and adding his own for closing the case, is not really compensation.
6 - Sides:
Instructing barristers, 1 was not fully instructed, nor did not even know the facts, was giving completely wrong information about my case, and so much certification, this was a complete mess.
Summary:
Having my case managed with them was complete mess, they ruined this completely.
Requested for an opinion with another solicitor who questioned the above, and when approached with feedback, failure to provide productive feedback. Damage was already done am afraid.
From 4K-5K, I ended up paying with them 25K-30K.
If you value your case to be handled with professionals, stay away from these sharks.

Okay. Now I would give them between 4.5 and 5 stars just because there were some small issues in our collaboration, but they offer to help me and improve the situation, so now everything is sorted. I really appreciate the fact that the senior partner (which is a really nice lady) stepped in and helped me a lot. Thank you.
