Very poor service; or lack there of. Easier to get in touch with the deceased and when you do, get fobbed off with some ridiculous answer. Despite being told it has nothing to do with them, house purchase fell through because of Raworths, as confirmed by the bank. And the cherry on top was getting an invoice for this, 6 MONTHS after the sale fell through.

Contacted Raworths from overseas to complete a will. Was sent forms (by Peter) to complete and asked to verify my identity via notary. Filled out forms and got notary documents within a few days and emailed everything back. Never heard a thing in response. Contacted again, no response. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional firm who don’t have the decency to get back to you.

Having had an unsatisfactory experience with one of their solicitors, who sent me a very impertinent and unprofessional email , I took the trouble to email his head of department and the head of the partnership. Neither had the good manners nor the professionalism to acknowledge or respond to my communication. This firm were once highly regarded in the profession locally but sadly do not have their eye on the ball these days.

I am shocked at how much this place has gone down hill in recent times. Though providing excellent service on a number of previous property purchases and sales, the contrast was stark when I wrote recently to ask for documents to be sent to another firm under the new GDPR rules.
The advised deadline under the legislation passed and not even a reminder letter from another solicitor prompted them into action.
I rang twice to complain but the person I needed to speak to was ‘not available’. What’s worse is that she didn’t call back - on either occasion - very unprofessional.
I did get to speak to her on my third attempt but though she apologised it soon became clear this person had no knowledge of the deadlines they should have been working to, and failed to meet, nor of their requirements under the legislation - not what you want from a legal firm.
I’ve now removed my documents from this practice and will not be using or recommending them again. Seems to be suffering from too many changes in personnel. A shoddy showing indeed!
