Literally received a call within minutes of doing the online form. Very very pleasant staff who took time to listen and explain what would happen next etc. Sadly thats as far as it went I called to chase a few times, but again didn’t hear back from anyone and emailed to no avail. Truthfully I would’ve rather appreciated if they were just honest and said they don’t think my claim would go any further. Rather than waste my time and have me waiting by the phone for a follow up call that was never going to happen.

After considering what friends and family have spoken to me about my knee surgery I contacted The Medical Negligence Team. I was put at ease straightaway. The explanation of how the claim is dealt with was easy to understand. I was not rushed at anytime while I was looking through my paperwork for timelines and dates. Have completing all events leading up to my complaint the details were read back to me and I was asked if it was correct.
From being apprehensive about my possible claim at no time did I feel I was wasting time.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to make a medical negligence claim.

It all started off well a pleasant phone call explaining my grievances , was told I would receive a phone call from a solicitor to explain how we would move forward with my claim ,but didn't receive the call from the solicitor. I phoned again to express my concerns was told that it would be sorted but yet again no phone call from solicitor. I would say if you want a professional service with a prompt outcome give these guys a miss
