I have contacted Wealth recovery for recovering money lost via a crypto scam. I was very aware at the beginning that recovering lost money via crypto is very challenging and oftentimes impossible, however the service I've received from Wealth recovery was very poor, especially in terms of communication. The company was very quick and eager at contacting me at the beginning in order to receive my payment, however when they started the process to recover the money they went completely radio silent. I had to constantly asked for updates and news, and when pushed via email Wealth recovery responded saying they were doing everything they could (although I had no idea what they were actually doing).
We went on for weeks without any contact or communication on their side, and when I reached out I would get some generic and vague updates, which made me seriously doubt they were actually actively doing anything for my case.

Of course I did not manage to get my money back, but this was not the real issue as I knew this was the most likely outcome. The lack of communication and professionalism really left me puzzled, I even got upset and angry a couple times expressing my frustration, but nothing changed. Still complete radio silence on their side and no updates or communication whatsoever. I'm really disappointed with the service here.

I made an enquiry last year 2023 and they wanted upfront fees I am unsure whether they are regulated I believe WRS are based abroad with one office in Manchester. They do accept or agree on no win no fee basis unable to comment on whether the other reviews can be verified as genuine.

My one star as they on both occasions wanted a lot of fees upfront.

Our decision to engage with this company as a group, following a crypto investment scam, turned out to be a deeply regrettable experience. Despite paying a substantial fee, the services rendered were nothing short of disappointing. The crypto trace report we received was not only loosely compiled but shockingly brief, just four pages. Its contents were so rudimentary that even a 10-year-old could have produced a more insightful analysis. This company's actions are truly disheartening, taking advantage of victims in their vulnerable state. We strongly caution others to steer clear of this company, as they seem to be nothing more than opportunistic scammers preying on those who have already suffered.

All positive reviews from this company are fake reviews bought in the internet to Nigerian companies...beware!!
