Everyone has something bad to say about solicitors but we have had the privilege of having the best out there. Rebecca has been my direct contact over the last few months and she is nothing short of amazing. She is so good at her job and lines of communication. Sarah, the solicitor, was fantastic, each time I had a query, I was able to speak to her directly, at the first call. Rang for advice, get met with an overly arrogant man. Says he will only deal with said issue if it eats to police interview stages, and he will pass it onto his under study to get in touch, takes all details down. 2 full days gone by with zero correspondence. Bearing in mind this was a time sensitive issue which he was fully aware of. Stay clear. They obviously don't care.

I saw a recommendation for this firm from someone else on my estate who has used them to buy their property freehold before. I contacted them and received a call from Robin who sent me a follow-up email requesting more details. I sent my reply and never heard anything back. I sent a further email to chase this and still never received a reply. Not even to say they couldn't help, despite having done it for a similar property before. Was pretty disappointing and a waste of time. Would not recommend them.
