Both times he's been amazing, taking care that everything is completed carefully. He answers my questions quickly and clearly. Very happy both times with his work. Also when I've gone into the office the people working out front were lovely and helpful too. All round a great company.

I contacted this practice to provide a quote for conveyancing service. The telephone call was rushed, unfriendly and unprofessional. I then received an email; they didn't even bother to use my name to address me. The best part of the email is, if you decide to use us, contact your agent don't contact us. REALLY! Do you think that little of your clients that we shouldn't contact you. Are we just inconveniences? Well I won't be contacting you, I wouldn't give you my custom. I am now using LHT Solicitors. Used these as they were local and came recommended by the estate agent, worst mistake ever, Do use these guys if you don't want to be informed of anything, absolute joke, I felt that I was always asking questions when they should have kept me informed, I asked to confirm buyers offer/survey, nothing, asked when they are ready to exchange...nothing, but did email me on the last day to confirm we were still good for in the morning. Words escape me for the rubbish service provided, and to top it all off, my monies did not go through, they insisted everything was ok from their end, yet after me chasing my bank and Chaps up they had spelt my name wrong so payment didn't go through.
They weren't the cheapest but we just wanted someone local, I would steer clear from these guys for anything of the conveyancing nature, due to such poor communication....Avoid at all costs
