Tom and John from Fisher Wrathall have been outstanding. Tom assisted with the quotation process, and John did the suervey and produced a very detailed and thorough Level 3 survey report for a property we're interested in purchasing in Lancaster. Unfortunately it was not the best experience on this occasion. Started off really well and manged to book us in straight away as they had a cancellation. Advised that it would be no longer than 2 weeks for the report but they were quiet so should be done in 5 days - due to the fast turnaround we decided to use this one for our survey.

After nearly 3 weeks and having to chase daily for the last 5 days I finally received it today. I was told the person doing it went on leave and the office was struggling with getting in touch to get our report. No communication to say it was running late and I had to chase everything up myself. Might have just been unlucky this time as people who recommended didn't have same issues as we had.
