Extremely suspicious business. My claims were transferred to SAndstone legal in April 2024 by Consumer Claims. It had already been running for approx 18 months. I rang around May to check and was told it was being sorted. Having heard nothing I managed to contact them today (1st October). Terrible phone line and unable to find my details at first. When they were found I was informed the 4 claims had been closed. Some notification would have been helpful. The charges they show on the initial letter are very high and I would certainly not employ them to carry out any work on my behalf. Does not seem to operate like you would expect a professional legal team to. Be wary of Sandstone Legal in my opinion.

Steer clear!!!!
The reviews on here and trust pilot say it all. Clearly I’m not the only struggling with the absolute abysmal “legal” “company” as they refer themselves. Absolutely hounding for money that is not owed. For a company that doesn’t seem legit or even really seem to exist properly. Being hounded and harassed by both companies but as soon as they don’t get their way or the response they are looking for, they just ignore you. Multiple bad reviews about the dodgy behaviour from this company should be advice enough

I've been working with Sandstone Legal on a no win no fee basis. It has been going on for over a year. Their communication is terrible, I have had to chase them repeatedly. Now they are ignoring my emails and I cannot get through to them on the phone.
