We have had very poor service from this company- nearly 6 months on from first contact and full payment for their services which was several thousands of pounds , we are still waiting for Power of Attorney and other services paid for to be completed. Misspelled documentation which had to be returned was only the start of our wait! We have had to contact them several times to ask what the delay is. Twice it was a query they had which they had not contacted us about and then the person we need to speak to is in meetings etc … We were told last week that the consultant would contact us to discuss their demand for additional fees to now be paid and once again we have heard nothing… This is beyond disappointing, especially as we initially recommended them to friends who have also used their services.
