If I could give zero stars I would ! Absolutely shocking company. From initial appointment (where they were quick to take payment for both LPA'S for both my parents, that's four LPA'S in total) which was in December last year, we have only just received my mother's, and are still waiting for my father's !!! They made numerous mistakes on the paperwork which resulted in the LPA'S being returned to us by the Office of the Public Guardian. We had to chase the company continuously to find out what was happening, only to find that the paperwork hadn't even been completed for us to sign, this was now February !! From there it just went downhill, so much so that by the time they were all finally submitted my sister had carried out the majority of the paperwork along with having to point out the mistakes in the paperwork to the company themselves. I could go on but quite frankly I don't feel the company warrant my time or effort. My advice is to steer well clear. Either employ a solicitor (which aren't that much more expensive, and a damn sight more competent) or attempt them yourselves (the Office of Public Guardian will offer assistance if you contact them). We're now in July and only just received the second of four LPA'S ? Enough said really !!! ?

Used Norfolk Wills and Planning (co reg 10090651) for my Will and LPA and paid a fee upfront of £500. The service I received from that point onwards was shocking. From end Feb up to June I was in a constant email / text message chase to get things fixed or sent to me so I could actually get my will. Errors not rectified on edits even though I had sent multiple emails requesting DOB’s and addresses to be changed but fell on deaf ears. Constantly having to send emails chasing up said corrections and requesting updates. Complained to the original person about the service and just got a text back saying Phil will come back to you. He didn’t and I had to chase. Finally after Sharon got involved I received another copy of my Will but again with the wrong DOB and wrong address !! Asked for a 20% rebate for the hassle I have had to endure with this company and after 2 attempts for the owner Ross to agree to this lowly sum of £100 he has ignored it even though I have now chased that 3 times. Wanted to share my experience with other persons who might be considering using this Company to be aware.
