Lynne was recommended to me by a colleague. As I have recently taken on the book keeping for my partners business who now uses Xero.

Having explained to Lynne I was a complete novice to all this. Lynne took me through each process step by step and at my pace, answering any questions (which I had several) in a calm and easy to understand manner.

After each lesson Lynne produced and sent me by email comprehensive notes, which along with my own notes I'd taken during my training help me daily when using Xero.

Lynne offers a very helpful service! When you are suddenly faced with learning a new system it's often difficult to work out more than the basics. Lynne is exceptionally patient and explains everything very clearly. It's so good to know she is there if I get stuck with anything on Xero. I've had 2 sessions with her to get to grips with some of the things I was struggling with, but won't hesitate to ask her for another session or two as I encounter new issues after using the system for a while. So reassuring to know there is expert help on hand which doesn't rely on watching a video!
