Useless solicitors, Gail was Verbally abusive to me on 25july this year. No1 new wat they was doing. the will patel had for 3 half years and have got as far as the IHT forms.he never new wat he was doing. Glad they are closed. They can't traumatise any1 else. It's thanks to Mr kharn that the IHT forms got done and posted off. They lost paper work. But karma got them in the end.

I have had bad and good service. Most recently Manjinder completed an unusual house sale for me. He picked up the pieces where Natalia had left off. He was very efficient, polite, and professional. We had some tricky complications to deal with throughout the process and Mani guided me through and kept me updated with our progress. Shashi paid the funds into my account accurately and swiftly too. Many thanks normal service resumed. Oh! almost forgot, historically Liz in reception has been a rock! Good luck for the future. Absolutely Awful service. Sold my house through them and they failed to pay off my mortgage for 4 weeks. Still not responded to emails. Only helpful person is their receptionist Liz! Avoid if you can.

They acted for the family in probate matters and ignored important emails re found to be fraudulant claims of others, they overcharged, did not fully confirm what was on a final financial statement when questioned of errors on it and claims of double benefits to things, then the statement did not arrive but after money transferred into the account, without proper confiration of accounting or answering valid questions. I would not trust them with any matters. They have had a lawsuit against them and another complaints are undergoing. Dont' trust at all and would not ever use them.

Was ment to have an appointment with Mr Patel to turn up and to be told by the rude receptionist that he was not in the office no phone call or email to tell me he won't be around to see me.

Rude and unhelpful. Asked whether they could help me with something and was told 'no we can't, the solicitor's off sick and no idea when he'll be back.' Totally unprofessional.
