Over the last five years Lisa , Luke & Pauline have very successfully guided me through several property transactions , both house purchases and sales , in a calm , professional and friendly manner .

The last purchase was a repossession , not a process I would recommend , however the CM Law team managed to both keep ME calm and professionally land the purchase for me whilst I was out of the country ... I'd never heard of a 'flying freehold' until that point , the team nailed it for me without any fuss .

Behind the friendly culture that is evident within this team there is a very steely determination & professionalism to deliver for their clients , Lisa negotiated me through a pretty excitable employment situation resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome for myself .

To be honest I went with CM LAW due to the low price but I would still would have expected professionalism from them which sadly you you do not get.
I was constantly chasing them for updates and doing a lot of the leg work myself for them and they charged me for it.
If you want someone who just drafts up contracts for you and you are not in a hurry and do not mind not getting updates then they are for you.
However, if have anything more complicated to deal with that requires more time than just drawing up contracts and want regular updates on the status of the conveyancing then they are not for you.

My wife rang for advice in December 2018 and spoke to Lisa Conway at Honley branch who seemed very helpful and invited her in for a meeting the following week.
She turned up for the meeting in Honley, only to be told she was seeing Pauline in Marsden!? My wife rushed over and met with Pauline, but was told nothing new, so was a complete waste of time. Pauline said she would ask Lisa to get in touch with her and she is still waiting to be contacted. Disappointing is an understatement.
