I am based in Ireland and was made executor of the will of a friend in Kent who died in 2021. I stupidly decided to use Stantons to handle the will. They refused to make any calls to me because I am based in Ireland. I was forced to call them a number of times because they didn't respond to my emails. I have serious issues with a couple of matters regarding the handling of the will. I have raised the issues with Stantons and they haven't responded to this either. Anybody in need of a solicitor in Kent do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague!

If you are looking for a solicitors, who is ambiguous with cost, will let you do most of the work, with little or no positive outcome for you… Stanton’s are for you. I’m out of pocket by thousands due to Simon Brown, in the same position as the day i unfortunately walked in there 12 months ago. Stantons top 500… Id hate to see the other 499!

Had to attend the windmill Street branch which is like going into an elderly relatives house, dated and musty, interesting waiting room that resembles a care home day room, not very professional at all
