My daughter was involved in a car accident, when a van came round a corner on the wrong side of the road causing a head-on collision and writing off her car.
For almost five years my daughter has been under the guidance and professional assistance of Richard Moon of Moons Solicitors.
This was anything but a straight forward case of own up and pay up. My daughter was bedridden for over three months and unfortunately was also diagnosed with the highest level of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This produced a character change most startling to her family and friends, which over the five years resulted in many hours of doctors, hospitals and psychiatrists.
During all this time Richard Moon proved not only to have the highest level of legal intellect but in addition a total awareness and professional skill in dealing with her PTSD condition.
His handling of the case and most importantly, his handling and care of my daughter through her mental condition was of the highest order, his attention to the smallest detail, meticulous.
His knowledge, both legal and medical, of her fragile mental state was first class. His empathetic concern and care and attention, when with my daughter - often for several hours at a time - proved to be a calming and reassuring balm to her mental dilemma.
For all of those five years, during the many many visits to his offices, he never once needed to refer to notes, records nor legal reference, his memory and attention to every little detail was quite outstanding and always very reassuring.
Making appointments or taking phone calls was no problem to him and often he would fit an appointment in at the shortest of notice.
I can honestly say that the entire and very lengthy process could not have been better attended to.
