I have used One Call Claims for my car insurance for a number of years, and their service has always been great and the rates truly competitive. Yesterday, for the first time ever, I had to contact them regarding a minor collision. Their response was excellent, and they were very patient both with the process and also explaining how things would be dealt with. Regarding Hire, Recovery and Repair, their staff member "KB9" was really great, courteous and thorough.

I contacted One call to process a non fault incident and TA3 was extremely helpful. Luckily, I have never dealt with an insurance company before. TA3 explained the full process and made me feel assured that my claim will be dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner. All of the documents were sent over electronically and if I was not sure about anything, TA3 left me a direct number for any issues. TA3 represents One call in a professional manner while giving me assurance. This was also followed up by MJ2 the next day making sure that I was happy with everything and if I have anymore questions. Again, good Customer service.

I had to make 2 calls having filed my claim with one lady, I was transferred to repair and the call was disconnected. When I called back I dealt with KB9 I cant thank this person enough I was fraught having already been on the phone for over 100 mins before calling back, she guided me through the rest of what needed doing and I was very grateful to her as I was battling with COVID and by this time feeling quite exhausted. So far no complaints.

KB9 was so helpful in dealing with organising a replacement car for me after a third party wrote off my car. She called me back when she said she would and explained everything to me very clearly. I'd give her service 5 stars, the reason I'm giving 4 stars to the organisation is that I had to wait until hire cars had been returned before one could be booked. Apart from that, I'm very pleased with the service.
