I had an extremely disappointing experience with this solicitor during my conveyancing process. Communication was very poor throughout—I was constantly chasing them for updates rather than being kept informed. There was a clear lack of professionalism, and their service did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive solicitor.

One of the worst solicitors to deal with. I appointed Wilfred’s law to deal with my house purchase but was so disappointed in the way everything was dealt with. The process took 4/5 months until completion which should have taken 6weeks. My file was handled by a trainee solicitor (Samira) who didn’t know what she was doing and when I would call in for an update I was always told there is nobody in office to answer my queries. Additional fees were also added to my account even though I provided all the information needed to Nighat malik when she gave me a quote. There was no additional work carried out however I was charged an additional £600. When I would try to get into contact with Nighat she would always ask the receptionist to say she is not in the office or is annual leave, this went on for months between March until completion in August. The trainee solicitor would also give incorrect information on the progress of our application and half way through completing our paperwork stated Wilfred’s law would no longer be able to act for us in completing the purchase, however when I went into the office to speak to Samira (trainee) numerous times nobody would come out of the office to see me until one day she decided they would complete the paperwork. Avoid this firm at all costs. They are incompetent and lack basic legal knowledge in conveyancing.
