I got my council tax bill in April £150 per month on May they send me another bill £168 per month I don't understand and there is no explanation lazy rubin ppl.

Absolutely joke, the man I spoke to was vile. They haven’t collected my grandads grey bin this is the second time in a row. I care for my grandad so stay over a couple of nights but live at my mums, he was going on about council tax when i was only there to speak to someone about bin collection. He said they weren’t collected because there was 1 nappy bag. I asked if I removed the 1 nappy bag will they come back and collect it. He said no you have to wait 2 weeks, absolutely ridiculous. They could at least try and sort something out.

Now that they charge extra to empty our garden bins, they don’t bother collecting them. Lazy sods.

No stars preferably, no one ever answers the phone , when they do its the same person each time trying their best, obviously under a lot of pressure due to the lack of staff they have on board. I have battled with Cheshire Easts complaint team over this spring/summer and they wiped their hands of it by saying it can go to the ombudsman. What circus are they running when they cant accept ownership and deal with the service users experiences to help them change for the better. As the previous review highlights absolute joke , especially since the recent headline on the BBC 'councillors requesting salary increase'. God knows why they all seem to be great in their ivory towers avoiding problems in society because they are able to live well , and forget about the under belly of poverty in Cheshire. When it comes to them actioning change they do everything in to pass it off as not their responsibility so what is the point of having them !

those who are powerful can do what they wish unchallenged, even if their action is in fact unjustified. No etiquette. Taxi Licensing department is incompetent. They need training of customers service.

no one at the en of the phone. the computer complaints sect,is no help at all.my impression of cheshire east council services absolutely awful just what I have come to expect

Total shocking I had awful experience with this people especially when I was very heavily pregnant too and they didn’t even sort out conflict of interest they never listen to me finding out the social worker was only newly qualified social worker too ! Never again they treat me my family like scum bags when we are very family unit! The case was joke anyway they soon run off when I pass my pams assessment!!! Nosing into my life and family
